Refund,Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund:

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

2. Time Frame for Refunds:

• You have 2 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received it.

3. Return Shipping:

• To return an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we shall initiate the refund with in 1-5 Days in the same account from where it is originally paid from but in the case of Credit Card payments it may take up to 10 days to reflect balance in your Credit Card.
